CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment and cancellation policy for individual reservations.
• Cancellations made before July 15, 2023 will receive a full refund. This deadline is extended to August 1, 2023 for students applying to industry-endorsed scholarships
• Cancellations made between July 15 and August 1, 2023 will receive a full refund minus € 150,- administration fee.
• No refunds will be granted after August 1, 2023. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
• Fewer days of attendance does not result in a price reduction
