SPECIAL ISSUES

The conference organizers are currently arranging special issues based on the contributions to the ORC2023 conference. News will be published below.

The Review Chairs of the 7th International Seminar on Organic Rankine Cycle Power Systems are very glad to announce that the Journal of the Global Power and Propulsion Society has agreed to publish a special issue collecting selected articles deriving from work presented at the conference.

The GPPS Journal is an open access journal of the Global Power and Propulsion Society devoted to the advancement of the science and technology of power and propulsion systems. The editor of the special issue will be Prof. P. Colonna, who has been serving as Associate Editor of the journal from its beginning. He is committed to guaranteeing the most timely and valuable reviews of the submitted manuscripts by selecting experts from academia, industry and research institutes.

GPPS Journal is indexed by Scopus and the Web of Science. A sample of articles related to ORC technology published by the GPPS Journal (in chronological order):

  1. S. Bahamonde et al., 2020, Hybrid electric powertrain for long-haul truck and buses: preliminary analysis of a new concept based on a combined cycle power plant, J. Glob. Power Propuls. Soc. (4) 63-79

The conference organisers are grateful to the Editorial Board of the GPPS Journal for this represents a unique opportunity for the authors of ORC 2023 papers to have their work disseminated through such prestigious platform.
